Delete your account and data
Last updated September 29, 2026
RegistryRadar, by Broctic, lets you delete your account and the data we hold about you at any time — in the app or from this page.
In the app (fastest)
- Open RegistryRadar and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete Account if you are signed in, or Delete My Data if you are not.
- Confirm. Deletion happens immediately.
Without the app
Email [email protected] with the subject "RegistryRadar account deletion". Tell us whether you signed in with Apple or Google and the email address on that account; we may ask you to confirm the request from that address. We complete deletion within 30 days and reply when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your account record and sign-in identifier (Apple or Google)
- Your watched places, their alerts and your push token
- Purchase and entitlement records we hold for your account
- Complimentary access granted to your account or email address
What is kept
Nothing that identifies you is kept in our production database. Inaccuracy reports you filed about public records are kept without your account attached, because they concern the public record rather than you. Server security logs expire on their normal schedule.
Subscriptions
Deleting your data does not cancel a subscription, because Apple and Google bill it. Cancel it in App Store settings on iPhone, or in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions on Android.
